Timing is agreed before work begins, based on scope and engagement type. The banner's 72-hour turnaround is a specific offer, not a deadline for every project. The clock starts after footage and brief confirmation. You'll know the agreed date before signing up.

What languages do you edit in?
We edit in any language. We've already worked with English, Spanish, Portuguese and French videos. Include the language of your footage and relevant references in the brief.
How do I send footage and references?
Share a Google Drive, Dropbox or other file-sharing link. Include your video's goal, desired formats and references. We'll agree on the submission and review process when we start.
Do I need a professional camera?
No. We can work with phone, camera, webcam or screen recordings. Clear audio and a sharp image help us make the most of your footage.
How do you match my editing style?
Before editing, we align on references, brand identity, pacing and elements to include or avoid. This turns your preferences into a clear direction.
What if I need changes to the video?
Review the edit and tell us what needs to change. Revisions follow the brief and agreed project terms before final files are released.
How does payment work?
You'll receive the terms and payment link after we agree on scope. PontoMP4 uses Stripe for online checkout. Check the currency, amount and available options before confirming.
Can I hire you for just one project?
Yes. Talk to the team about a one-off edit or a video package. The proposal accounts for your footage, editing style and the number of deliverables you need.
What formats will my videos be delivered in?
