Pontomp4 (CNPJ 48.943.155/0001-98) is a video editing service operated from Brazil, serving clients internationally. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account through our member area (powered by Supabase Auth).

Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers. We receive your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing history.

Project files: raw video footage, briefs, style notes, and reference materials you upload for editing.

Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, time on site) collected via standard web analytics. No third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: deliver the editing service you subscribed to, communicate about your projects (status updates, delivery notifications), process payments via Stripe, and improve our service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. File storage and retention

Raw footage you upload is stored securely and used solely for editing your projects. We retain raw files for 90 days after delivering the final edit, then permanently delete them. Delivered files remain accessible in your member area for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, delivered files are retained for 30 days, then deleted.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Account authentication is handled by Supabase with industry-standard encryption. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We do not store sensitive payment information on our infrastructure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We respond to data requests within 10 business days. You may also export your project data from your member area at any time.

Our service operates from Brazil with infrastructure hosted internationally (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe). By using our service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these jurisdictions.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not track you for advertising.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
