Terms of Service

1. Service overview

Pontomp4 provides video editing services on a monthly subscription basis. Each plan includes a defined number of long-form edits, short clips, and (depending on plan) retention clips delivered within the turnaround time specified for that plan.

2. Plans and deliverables

• Starter ($897/mo): 2 long-form videos, 10 short clips. 2-week delivery cycle.
• Growth ($1,497/mo): 4 long-form videos, 20 short clips, 10 retention clips, custom thumbnails. 1-week delivery cycle.
• Agency ($2,597/mo): 8 long-form videos, 40 short clips, 80 retention clips, thumbnails + motion, dedicated editor, weekly strategy call. 72-hour delivery.

Deliverables are per billing cycle. Unused deliverables do not roll over to the next month.

3. Revisions

All plans include unlimited revisions on each deliverable. A "revision" is a set of change requests submitted together for a single video. We process revision requests within 48 hours. Revisions that alter the fundamental scope of the original brief (new footage, entirely different concept) may be treated as a new project.

4. Delivery guarantee

Each project has a contractual delivery date based on your plan's turnaround time, counted from when we confirm receipt of your raw footage and approved brief. If we miss the delivery date, that video is delivered at no charge — credited against your next billing cycle. "Delivery date" means the date we make the first draft available for review, not the date after revisions.

5. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. This applies to the first billing cycle only. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

6. Pause and cancellation

You may pause your subscription with 7 days' written notice. While paused, billing stops and your editor slot is reserved for up to 60 days. After 60 days paused, your slot may be reassigned. You may cancel at any time — no cancellation fees, no lock-in. Active projects in progress at time of cancellation will be completed and delivered.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Billing is monthly and recurring. Failed payments are retried per Stripe's retry schedule. After 3 failed attempts, your subscription is paused automatically.

8. Raw footage and files

You retain full ownership of all raw footage you upload. We store your raw files for 90 days after delivery of the final edit, then delete them. If you need files retained longer, let us know in writing. We do not share, sell, or use your raw footage for any purpose other than fulfilling your editing request.

9. Delivered content

All edited videos delivered to you are yours. You own the final output. We retain the right to use excerpts (up to 30 seconds) of delivered work in our portfolio, unless you opt out in writing. Opting out does not affect your service.

10. What is not included

Our service does not include: scriptwriting, filming or recording, music licensing (we use royalty-free libraries), stock footage purchasing, 3D animation or heavy VFX, wedding or event videography, or music video production.

11. Acceptable use

We reserve the right to decline projects that contain illegal content, hate speech, or material that infringes on third-party rights. We will notify you promptly if we cannot fulfill a request.

12. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the billing cycle during which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
